We use your information to process bookings, send invoices, provide insurance documentation, communicate about your bookings, send marketing emails with your consent and improve our services.
4. Collection Notice
When you submit a booking or enquiry form we will inform you of what information we are collecting and why. Providing your information is voluntary however we may be unable to process your booking without it.
5. Cookies and Tracking
Our website uses Google Analytics operated by Google LLC. Data is stored on servers in the United States. By using our website you consent to this. You can opt out at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

7. Automated Decision Making
We do not use automated decision making to make significant decisions about individuals. Booking confirmations and worker notifications are sent automatically however all significant decisions are made by a human.

With your consent we may send you marketing emails. Unsubscribe at any time by clicking unsubscribe in any email or contacting info@doubleoconstructionservices.com.au.
9. Data Retention
We keep your information for 1 year from your last booking. Financial records are kept for 7 years as required by law.
10. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your information. Contact us at info@doubleoconstructionservices.com.au and we will respond within 30 days.
11. Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorised access, misuse and loss.
12. Notifiable Data Breaches
If a data breach occurs we will notify affected individuals and the OAIC as soon as practicable.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Services
Double O Construction Services supplies general construction labourers to host employers across the Perth metropolitan area on a casual basis.
2. Bookings
All bookings are subject to worker availability. By submitting a booking you confirm you are authorised to engage labour hire services on behalf of your company and that site details provided are accurate.
3. RatesStandard rate: $50.00 per hour per labourer (excl. GST)Minimum shift: 8 hoursOvertime: $70.00 per hour after 8 hours (excl. GST)
4. Payment
Invoices are issued upon completion of each shift. Payment is due within 14 days. Late payments may attract interest at 10% per annum. GST of 10% applies to all invoices.
5. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before shift start time. Late cancellations may incur a fee of up to 2 hours at the standard rate.
6. Insurance
All workers are covered by our Workers Compensation policy with Zurich Australian Insurance Limited. We also hold Public Liability insurance. A Certificate of Currency is provided upon booking confirmation.
7. Host Employer Obligations
You agree to provide a safe working environment, ensure workers complete site inductions, provide adequate supervision and notify us immediately of any injury or incident.
8. Non-Solicitation
You agree not to engage our workers directly or through another labour hire company during their engagement and for 12 months thereafter without our written consent.
9. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount covered by our relevant insurance policies.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
